I have Go Launcher on three of my tablets. No rotating wallpaper and I have not had any problems whatsoever.

There I went and jinxed myself as well and I bet I still will not.

It ay very well be that there is a combo of apps that don't work with the two, somewhere a long the line. As I tried to say before, we all have different apps and have tired different things a long the line. Everyone's user experience is unique.
