Any thread dealing with rooting and/or installing apps belongs in the Sony Reader Dev Corner. So please start your threads in the correct forum.

I understand the reason behind this topic. But if they can't see the sub-forum at the top of the page with the same title as this topic and understand its relevance, how will this be any more help?

Would a more noticeable title be something like: "If you have questions about rooted devices" or such?

I noticed that around the time you posted this, some of the existing threads about rooted devices were moved to the Development Corner.

However, today more threads about rooted readers have appeared in the regular forum.

Maybe there needs to be some kind of sticky with a title like "please post all threads about rooted readers in the Development Corner"
