Sending to SD Card on Aluratek Libre
First off, Calibre works great for sending to my Aluratek, since it sends author folders to the "/Books" folder at the root of the device's internal memory.
The problem comes when I try to then send books to the SD card that's plugged into the Aluratek. It still sends to the "/Books" folder, but the Aluratek seems to need author folders on the SD card to be at root, not in a subfolder. Is there any way to tell Calibre that the send to device going to the internal memory is fine, but to go to the SD card, it needs to drop the "/Books" folder? Just to help clear that up: On the device; "/Books/J K Rowling/Harry Potter.mobi" is readable "/Books/Harry Potter.mobi" is readable On the SD Card; "/Books/J K Rowling/Harry Potter.mobi" is NOT readable (can't see the subfolder) "/J K Rowling/Harry Potter.mobi" is readable "/Harry Potter.mobi" is readable |

That means it is connected somplace
Rightclick on the 'Device' toolbar Icon: Select 'Eject' Now you can start over Note: You might want to use 'eject' every time before disconnecting. USB drives don't always get the same path. Last edited by theducks; 11-23-2012 at 09:50 AM. Reason: note |

I actually do select eject each time
Usually it comes up with "Connected JETBOOK". It also now sometimes doesn't show the device icon properly or show the SD card. This is usually when it just says "Connected Folder Device". |

The only tweak for the Connect to folder feature is to automatically connect to a folder when calibre starts. If this isn't what you intend to happen every time you start calibre then remove the tweak. The tweak isn't required to use the connect to folder feature. |
