deliver PDF-files with iTunes producer?

Hi,
We are delivering epub files with the iTunes producer to iTunes.
Now a customer asks us, if we can deliver PDF-files.

I'm sure, that iTunes producer 2.9 cannot deliver PDFs.
In face I do not know if iTunes sells PDFs at all?!
I did not find anything at all.

Does someone has an idea?

Thanks

There is iTunes information for authors and book publishers at this link:

INFO

This is what it says about PDF's:

"Do you accept books in the PDF format?
No, the iBooks Store only accepts books created with iBooks Author (.ibooks) or books in the EPUB (.epub) format."
