Mind reader - it was the first. And a good drop it was too.

Edited to add what I meant to say in the first place - Read without paper seems to specialise in Australian ebooks. I want to re-read A Town Like Alice and Read without Paper has it - I can't find it anywhere else. Hopefully they will sell to New Zealanders. I haven't used them before but I'll give it a go.

I'll be curious to hear how you find Read without Paper, I believe they have been around for sometime now.

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for letting us know. Any chance of adding the other local sites listed in this thread?

I hadn't visited Luzme in awhile, but it seems that you've been making good progress. The double search box on the front page I find a little curious, but overall the design is nice. The name has always baffled me a little though - just a unique, short domain?
