buying isilo3 now..

I read in the FAQ that if you buy iSilo 3.x after August 1 that same registration code can be used for isilo4

however, does it matter where you buy it? ie: I Just bought isilo3 from palmgear, so do I still get my free upgrade?

also, does a new isilo3 code let you access increments on 4? ie: can I upgrade to 4.1, 4.5, etc?

It does not matter where you buy it and the registration code you receive will also work with the minor point upgrades of 4.x.
