This book is already in the Library, but lacks a cover and the crucial original images within the text. It also retains the Gutenberg headers and footers.

I have removed superfluous headers and footers, added the missing images, and provided a cover by using the original 1909 French cover with the English title added in brackets. I also added the accent to Lupin's first name.

The Hollow Needle is not a reference to drugs, but rather a hidden French treasure-house cryptically known as the Hollow Needle. Arsene Lupin is the hare, while amongst the hounds is English consulting detective Holmlock Shears of Baker Street. There is a rousing climax within the Needle itself.
