-According to one reviewer, this book only has recipes for Thin Mints, Samoas, and Tagalongs --- but some of the recipes aren't for cookies. (So 9 recipes, but only 3 are for copycat cookies - the rest are variations into other desserts!)

--I only like Thin Mints and Tagalongs and the husband and daughter like those as well as Samoas, so this will work for me!

Then, you can download each individual book in your preferred format.

Hi to other Nook users, I wanted to let you know B&N has the Nook version of "Country Home Kitchen issue 2, volume 1" by Dennis Weaver for free. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/coun...=9781304947833 I got it a few days ago and was really impressed by the recipes. They were recipes I would really cook! This is the only issue I could find on B&N. Also, there are a number of Dennis Weaver small Nook cookbooks for free such as "Hearty Soups: A Collection of Homemade Soups" http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/hear...=9781304859334 and "The Egg and I" http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-...=9781304873392. BTW, I wasn't impressed with "Easy Weeknight Dinners: A Guide to Weeknight Dinners in Four Easy Steps" by Dennis Weaver. Here's the B&N link:

I like a lot more variety in my eating and cooking. However, I have read good reviews for this cookbook from people who don't cook much and are overwhelmed thinking about cooking dinner. The author does plug some of his food products in the book, but you can find substitutions for many of the items if necessary. Hey, it's a free cookbook, so you can be your own judge of the book.
