Comic Book Reader

Anyone know of a comic book reader that will allow one to drag an image out of the book into a directory. Preferably Linux, but Windows OK if it works under Wine

Or failing that to save an image to a directory - Honeyview does this, but its Windows, would prefer native Linux

I've only used qcomicbook on my Linux system, and it has a "Save page as..." menu item which opens a file selector. I still use an ancient window manager without drag'n'drop functionality, so I don't know if it works that way or not.
