Unhappy Pls Help: Transfer books to PRS-500 MS!
Some books (lrf format which made by BBeB Binder) can not be tranfer to MS on PRS-500 successful via Connect Reader, but they can be transferred to PRS-500 and be read successfully.

MS is OK - I tried different MS on this. Same thing happened.
Books is OK - They can be read on PRS-500.
File size & File name doesn't matter - This error same happened in different size ( 200K - 1.2M) and different file name(Chinese & English)

Anybody can help me? Thanks!

Hmmm. That's a puzzle. Have you tried re-making the files with Binder, in case there's some sort of minor glitch that the ConnSoft is choking on?

And are you running the latest version of the ConnSoft? That might help ....
