I'd like to introduce myself as a mom and avid reader. Most of my younger days were spent in a career in International Business. Travel was a great draw to that career as well as foreign languages. I guess that is why I especially enjoy novels with International intrigue.
My other interest is in self help. I can never read enough about attracting serenity, peace, and joy into my life. I've had a lot of drama in my life and am quite happy to add some "calming" tools to my life.

I recently released my first book (on Amazon Kindle among other places) titled "Sweat: A Practical Plan for Keeping Your Heart Intact While Loving an Addict".
It is a non-fiction self help experiential book. It is my small contribution to those who have chaos in their lives and could use some guidelines to regain some of their own well being while in the midst of chaos.
