I found out: Downgrade my python-sip and python-qt packages from 4.14 to 4.13 helps

Thanks! I started having this error as well, and this solved the problem for me, although my python-qt4 was from 4.9.6 to 4.91 (not sure if I needed this, but hopefully no harm).
