That was my impression as well, Isaacson did a remarkable job on Jobs.

I never met the man so I can't say how good/bad he was but it does seem like a cheap shot for someone to bring this 'report' to light after the man is dead. I mean he can't defend himself from beyond the grave can he. Also how big a jerk a person is quite often is relative depending on the observers point of view.
