First Line indent for Mobi conversion

Is there a way to get Calibre to indent the first line of paragraphs when converting to MOBI format?

If not, could this be considered for a future release?

Thanks,

Tom

I think the option "remove space between paragraphs" will do it.

You can also use a CSS directive in your HTML.

I realize that if I'm converting from HTML that this is trivial. But if I'm converting from epub or other book format, or even if I have a mobi and would like to improve it, I'd love it if this were a feature.

I tried adding some css in the "Extra CSS section under conversion but it didn't appear to have any impact. This is what I added:
p
{
text-indent:20px;
}

Is there some way to utilize this feature of Calibre to attain my goal?

If you are converting from an ePub and the ePub has indents, then the Mobipocket file will also have indents.

If your source has it, so will your output.

Try this:

p {text-indent:2em;} \n

1 em ~ 10px.
