Is Diesel books still operating?

Does anyone know if Diesel books is still operating? The site still takes payments but no confirmation emails are sent.
I paid for a gift voucher on Saturday. The site says immediate delivery. It's now Wednesday. I tried calling Diesel and only got a fax tone (BTW, there is no number on the website - should have been a warning - the number I used was on the 'Council of Better Business Bureaus' website.
Does anyone know what the story is here?

The website clains to be experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Could mean anything or nothing

You've gotten further with them than I have - last time I attempted to buy something from them they weren't even accepting purchases. Not responding to multiple emails is a given.

We are very much in business - to the tune that increased traffic required we upgrade our servers. Unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly as we'd liked. Everything is cleared now - actually you should notice a little more pep when browsing.

Really sorry about the this. The ticket ids are a big help. I'll make sure this is addressed immediately.
