Rick Boucher takes over House subcommittee on telecom, Internet

Just thought I'd mention some good political news to come about today:

Rick Boucher, the guy who's been trying to get legislation passed that would defang the anti-circumvention provisions of the DMCA for the purposes of fair use, is taking over as the head of the House Telecommunications and Internet subcommittee:
