Hi, & have a question

Hello, been lurking for a while, finally joined. Don't have a reader yet ('cept my cell phone). Hoping for one under my tree, or winning one in the contest. The great thing about the contest is that the prize is the one I had decided I wanted anyway. Hurrah, fingers crossed.

Question: How do I change my signature in the forums? Can't seem to find it.

Welcome to MobileRead, Almiel

You won't be able to use a signature until you've posted at least 10 times.........this is to prevent spam signatures from one time users.

Keep posting and enjoy the forums.

I believe that you have to be a member for at least 1 week and post a minimum of 10 times... Just like desertgrandma said, I think it is to keep spammers from using links in their sigs.

I hope you get your pocketbook for Christmas and of course Good Luck in the contest.

And when you have posted ten times just go to your control panel (Click on "My CP" on the blue bar toward the top of the page.) then select "edit signature." It's under "settings and options" on the toolbar on the left-hand side.

I agree that's a good rule, I just didn't understand why I couldn't find it!
