7" MID UMPC for 119$ on ebay?

Hi,

today I have spotted:

http://cgi.ebay.com/7-MID-UMPC-Noteb...item3cac16d8a2

Does anybody got some experience with it? (looks a little bit under powered, but for reading ebooks it could be just OK)
