Your news and blogs ready when you wake up!!!

Would you like to get a cup of coffee, turn on your e-reader and have all of your news, comics and blogs ready for you to read? No need to turn on the computer or laptop; open Calibre and wait for the overnight downloads to be transmitted to your e-reader, then turn everything off and finally go out to the porch and read your news.

There IS a better way. A little program called WakeUpOnStandby (download here: http://www.dennisbabkin.com/wosb/ ) lets you put your computer/laptop into standby mode (ie: close the lid) and when you wake the next morning, all of your overnight downloads from Calibre will be on your e-reader.

If there is any interest, I will be more than happy to post a tutorial on how to set everything up. Just let me know there is enough interest to spend the time writing it.
