Hi All,

Just joined and totally new to the world of Ebooks and Readers.

My ambition is to research this new world with a view to purchasing a device at Xmas and hopefully making the transition from "Paper" to "E Ink" shortly thereafter.

Don't really know yet, but will probably be looking more closely at the Sony and Kindle devices.

Hi Graham and welcome to MobileRead. I used to live in the UK (Beds) back in the mid-70's, LONG before eBook readers were available.

Anyway, I've had a Sony 505 since Jan 08 and really like it. be sure and let us know what you finally decide.
