That's weird, my copy of libunrar.so doesn't have that symbol. Are you sure you compiled it correctly?

You are right, I didn't. I did 'make" first, then realized that I need "make lib", and did run it without 'make clean'. That was the problem. "make clean && make lib && make install-lib" fixed it. But content server gives same cherrypy error as before.

Hi Kovid,

Would it be possible to have a config option which defined how the Covers are displayed?

At the moment, covers are shown full size in (I think) an Iframe.

I'd prefer to have the option of the cover being displayed scaled to fit, rather than full size with scrollbars ... some of my covers (For Comics in particular) are huge.

Just wanted to let you know that content server now works for me. I don't know if it was your fix, or fix in Debian testing, but it's runs ok now, even if installed using easy_install.

Sure, open a ticket for a feature to specify a maximum size for covers.

Help.

I have installed the latest version on my Windows Vista machine. When I go into Calibre configuration and click test server, a new web page opens with the Calibre logo on top but no books show. I have 30 loaded in the library. Im sort of stuck, Im not sure what I can do to test it as I dont have access to change anything in the server setup. Im guessing that the network is responsible as I see in the logs the following -

I would say that the IP address is screwed up. Must have something to do with permissions maybe, I just dont know enough to Diagnose this myself.

Oh I also have an Ipod Touch with stanza and that does not see any books either.

Hmm and these 30 books, can you view them in the calibre GUI. i.e. when you click the view button do they open?

Yeah they open up in the GIU without a problem.

I'm using stanza too with it showing no books. The web interface works fine though for me.

Just in case I reset all internet security levels to default

I tried it again in a tabbed view and it warned me about intranet then I said ok and then this
