How do I charge my Onyx?
 I've tried linking it to a USB in the hard drive but it won't do anything. I have no clue what to do.

If your Boox M92 is turned off, then plug it into the USB in your computer. That way, it will not prompt to use it as USB hard drive, and should be charging faster. If you are in the US, we can send you a US Boox charger if you lost your original one.

I think the usb on your harddrive is powered, try another female usb on your computer.
