Which is the best DRM Plugin, today?

There are some possibilities to free a Book from DRM. I just ask as a engineer out of technical interest!

And there are different reasons people doing this. Some want do use their bought amazon books also on other devices [snip]. But if it has a DRM they cant change the format in calibre etc. etc.

Or people who use the comment or text marker function of a kindle and they are angry because they can only mark a restricted / limited amount of text. etc. etc.

For example what is the difference from these to ways? How can people be sure that this plugins have no virus or trojan or malware? Which one is the best way? Are there better plugins for calibre?

All the ones in the video in the second link you give were replaced by the DeDRM plugin from your first link, produced by the same person/people as the earlier plugins.

In short: You want the DeDRM plugin (or the obok plugin for Kobo books).

As for trusting the software - the software at Apprentice Alf's blog is either Python, AppleScript, or compiled C with source. You can check it all easily. There are no binaries without the source.

Note that detailed discussion of how to remove DRM is not permitted at MobileRead. Removing the DRM from library books is considered piracy here, and possible methods for doing so may not be mentioned here at all.

Technical scientific question aside, the tools are not written to help you DeDRM library ebooks, they are designed not to work on them, and further inquiry about DeDRMing library ebooks, whether there was a way or not, is against the forum guidelines.

Library books do not belong to you. Attempting to DeDRM them is theft, plain and simple. And a bannable offense.
End of story.

EDIT: the moderators have already gotten here. I should start reloading the page more often.

If you really feel the need to ask detail questions about the DeDRM plugin, the right place would be Alf's blog, or the github repository.
