Content Kindle books from UK?

Hi there,
I live in the Caribbean, so my Amazon Kindle account is Amazon.com. But there are some (English) books, that are only available at Amazon.uk. And those e-books are restricted and I cannot buy those without an English credit card (which I don't have, nor an English adress).
Does anyone have an idea how to purchase English books? I read some treads where it was recommended to just change your adress for the time being to the UK, but that got some mixed responses (as in banned from your Amazon account). Would gift cards be an option? As in no adress, no credit card. Or would Amazon still be able to see that those books would end up outside the UK? Hope that you can help me, thanks.

You should be able to do it by setting up an amazon.co.uk account with a different e-mail address, using a VPN which makes you appear to be in the UK, then sending the UK account gift certificates from your other account.
