With this update every time I use "Synchronise" I get error message in the upper right corner although all files are synchronised succesfully.

One man says here

that his PB624 is running on latest W624.4.4.1485 But my PB624 has W624.4.4.1310 and no other updates are available. Official PB website offers .1310 as latest. When I wrote to their support page I got an answer that .1485 is the latest upgrade version and available via Wifi only. OK! But when I connect to Wifi, still no updates Why? Does it depend on serial number or country or what? When I asked them I got a message they are happy I select their product!

I've ran into some problems with WiFi module: PB 626 (Touch Lux 3) that shipped with FW W626.5.12.667 was never able to see any WiFi networks at all. I upgraded to sw_20160524_626_CIS_5.14_341_5.12_CI_gdb_pn_630_us er.zip using the link above -- same issue no change. Any recommendations on what else to try (besides returning it to the seller)?

I doubt it's a software issue. I never had any WiFi problems.

Other than WiFi device works okay...
I'm wondering, whether not having a wi-fi is actually a benefit.

It depends if you need/use Wifi. I use it every time I want to upload new files on the device - to synchronize with a Dropbox folder. It's very useful - no need to connect cable to the device. You just turn on wifi and click "synchronize". Job done. Connecting a cable and manually moving files seems so old school

That's true. Sadly WiFi on this device seems to be messed up beyond recovery. Probably something good for a techie to tweak, but I have no such skills.
