Plex is a home theater solution... free on home computers but now selling mobile clients like plex for kindle fire... set up a server with media (movies, Tv shows, home movies, music, photos, etc) then use a client (like the 5.99 plex for kindle fire) to access and view media either at home or on the go.

I have been using the kindle fire client quite a lot lately. Very nice for combatting insomnia.

OK, here's what you need to do. Download Log Collector. Start Plex and go to the screen that needs the volume control added to it. Exit plex, go to Log Collector, and email the log to arpruss@gmail.com

Then I should be able to add Plex. I don't want to have buy it.

I posted version 1.01 of VolumeSwipe. This modifies the way the boost is done to make voice more audible, hopefully, and perhaps protect the speakers from potential damage.

Thank you for the app. I use the KF mainly as an internet radio when not at a pc, so boosting voice is very important to me, having the speakers last 20 years, not so

Works good. Easy to use and so far the boost doesn't crackle like volume+ did for me.

Crackling may be a sign of potential speaker damage.

I should eventually be able to make VolumeSwipe let you select the apps, but I am in the middle of moving.

I don't think so since when volume+ was being used, it made these popping sounds even when the volume was low. I only used the volume boosted once or twice to see if it worked, then heard the noises when volume was lowered. The minute I uninstalled the volume+ program, it stopped. I don't need to boost the volume but once in a while, but like the convenient sliding volume without the slider interfering with my games.

Thanks Alex! I used this app every am listening to radio stations from Paris, the 25% boost clarifies voice
