Calibre Content Server

I've got Calibre content server running, but the default page doesn't seem to work. I can access the server from computers on my LAN and over the internet, but the default version loads, but clicking on any of the "Choose Category to browse by" icons has no effect, and using the search functions shows a results page with no results. Using the search function on the "Mobile" or "old" page work normally.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Calibre is running on Win XP, I can access the Content Server from the same computer in IE or Firefox but I have this same Problem. I can access the server over the LAN from Linux and Windows 7 and have the same problem, and from mobile devices, but i have the same problems as well.

I have a suspicion that something is suppressing the Javascript on that page, perhaps on my host, but I'm really not sure where to go from here.

Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks

I think I posted this in the wrong subforum by accident. Can this be moved?
