Help with epub3 to MOBI!

Hello everyone. I really need your help.

I have an epub with videos, audio and images created for iOS. I want to converted for Kindle devices. When I use Calibre all the multimedia files (video, audio) are LOST. Is this normal or I just do something wrong?

Thank you for your time and help.
Nick

MOBI has no support for audio and video, convert to azw3 instead. And note that e-ink Kindle devices have no support for video anyway, regardless of format.

It treated images (including gifs) great but video and audio look like this:
1)
2)

When I press play nothing plays. What do you think happens?

I sue Callibre (1.5) for Mac OSX (the very latest).
