Anyone know if the new iBooks is going to be available for the iPad running 3.2?

I'm through with the update process. Took a while. I had to update to itunes 9.2 first. Doing the itunes update also updated Safari, security update and something else. Reboot, then update iphone. Took some time 10 minutes. Wipes out your itunes library so you'll have to reload music. I haven't tried any apps yet or folders for apps. Doesn't appear to be much different other than I now have my start up picture behind my apps instead of a black screen.

I've been running the GM and love it - folders in particular. Got everything consolidated onto two screens, goodbye endless swiping. I also like being able to (FINALLY) get rid of the plain black wallpaper.
Multitasking will be nice once apps have updated to use it, but for now it's basically just a quick way to get back to recently used apps. The good thing is, it's really simple to implement, so developers have no excuse not to update quickly. |

So folders...I went from six screens of apps to two screens of apps...the first screen is mostly single apps I want direct access to, the second screen is all folders of apps.
I have to say, while I like the organizing idea..it looks a bit weird I also have to dig around now to find stuff, but, maybe its still better than scrolling thru screens of apps...haven't decided yet It definitely is less cluttered. Now my iPad screen is looking a bit...uh...cluttered. I realize that its always something |

Updating to iTunes 9.2 on the PC is just like any other update - it "processes" your library after updating (which took about half an hour for me) but it certainly doesn't wipe anything.

Thanks Harry. Yes, I have done the 9.2 update already, a few day ago, without any issues. Just wondering if there is any wiping of anything with the iOS4 update.
