Keyboard Shortcuts

Did a search here, as well as on google, and didn't quite find the info I was looking for.

Is there someplace/thing that lists all of the keyboard shortcuts for the GUI (in particular, the OSX version)?

I've found a few (through my search here), and some are semi-intuitive (first letter of the item) but a reference doc would be handy.

There isn't such a list, but one quick way to geta lot of shortcuts is to right click on an etry in the book list (ctrl+click) in OS X
