I use a cloth (100% cotton) slightly wet.

A barely-damp microfibre cloth is safe and effective. I've been using one on the screen of my Sony Reader for over a year.

Agreed - microfibre cloths (sold for cleaning glasses, camera lenses, etc) work great.

One thing less convenient with e books than p books is the way that when you sneeze on a p book you need merely turn the page to solve the problem but when you sneeze on an e book you have a problem that takes a little more effort to remove.
