Calibre not detecting booq
Hi from Spain,
First, thanks a lot for this great software.

I have just acquire a booq reader, but calibre does not recognize it. Apparently it should, because I have seen a complement for this device, but it does not in my case.
I have windows XP, and these are the debug outputs with and without the device connected (without SD card):

That means your device is not reporting vendor and product information to windows, which means a device driver for it is impossible, for windows.

Thanks. Sorry for my ignorance.
I understand that the same problem will occur with any device of this brand using Windows. So, the complement existing in Calibre for Booq will be useful only for other OS such as Linux?
