Please help with epub on Galaxy!?

Hi, I'm VERY new to this technology thingy

I have a new galaxy tab 3 with the standard readers hub app. I've downloaded some books and mags and can read them fine. But, there are references in some books that are highlighted, and you should be able to touch them and it will take you to the reference. The references are all downloaded with the book, but, they are all at the back of the book. I can't get it to work when I touch the reference. I have to go to the back pages of the book manually. What am I doing wrong? Do I need another app? All help in REALLY SIMPLE language please

Depends on the particular book and particular e-reader app you use. The standard mode of operation is like you wish for it to work. But if the book is malformatted or the e-reader app you use is buggy, it may not work as expected.

She is using Samsungs' ereader app, ReaderHub. I would try another reader app to see if they work better.

There are tons to choose from. My favorite is Aldiko.

Two other good e-reader apps where you can test those references are Moon+ Reader and Mantano.

Unfortunately, some books just aren't well formatted. References look as if they should work, but the hyperlinks are not there, or are badly formatted. Then nothing can be done, it has nothing to do with your device, and the book's publisher must be blamed for sloppiness.
