Kindle 3.2.1 software for Kindle 2 and Kindle DX

It's possible to install the 3.1.2 firmware on a kindle 2 or a DX (and DX graphite).

You must of been reading my mind. I was searching for this and I have a dxg.

One thing though. After I performed the instructions it says I'm on version 3.2.1 but it looks just like original firmware. I restarted but don't see how to choose duokan. Any suggestions?

i got 3.2.1 to work. don't know if i did it right but i jailbroke my kindle dxg first. i then downloaded the kindle updater and followed the instructions of "part one". i backed up the output folder like it suggested, then copied the .bin file you posted into the root of the kindle. from there, i selected update the device from settings, then menu. worked like a charm. thanks man. hope u succeed too

Thanks a lot for the sharing of these files! It really works on my DXG (international)!
Version 3.3 could be also prepared for update of DXG. It would be great to get it too.
Any idea where to look for it?

You might want to try that megaupload link in the leading post again - it has been changed a bit.
