It's a nice looking device, but the one who is showing is, is rather... disinformed?

looked less than impressive. The PL is listed for 50 USD less, has a bigger screen and better functionality. Of course, at least with Samsung you know they will be around a few years from now. Still, my guess is that the $699 will be revised downwards very quickly.

Yup, we met at the Samsung e-readers. He gives his opinion in the 9.7" Samsung e-reader video.

I think Wacom touch screens for note taking has huge potential. As long as they integrate some kind of online note collaboration, it could be powerful for real-time collaboration on text editing, integration with Google Wave, Google Sidewiki, Blog comments, could be awesome.
