Bulk Convert

I have some e-books with .epub and .rar formats. I wanted to convert .epub files to .mobi but Calibre used .rar files as input in Bulk Convert (unchecked 'Use saved conversion settings', epub is the first in 'Preferred input format order' list). I've search around, there was a bug #5879. Is this also a bug? (using v0.7.26)

See if unchecking the Use saved conversion settings for individual books option makes a difference (see attached).

I've tried that (in first post, too lazy to type the whole option) but it didn't work.
