Am I the only one who couldn't hear a vocal track? All I heard was the music. Now I have my own karaoke file! I can grab a microphone & rickroll the neighbors!

There was no vocal. This was a midi file originally (synthesizer, basically).

Did you embed the audio in the book? I wasn't sure if that was enabled yet.

64 Bit Win 7 latest WMP all worked fine for me Nate thanks a lot!

It works on my XP pro x64 SP2 system, with Kindle4PC and Mobipocket Reader.
It trys to work on my PDA (PocketPC), clicking on the text launches Windows Media
but throws an error:
"temp1_rec0"
And pops up a "Cannot perform the requested action." warning box.

It's a bit of a bizzare item. The first time I downloaded from the link here, it did not start loading the book, but did play the music. The second time, I downloaded from your site and that one started the book download with the music play.

(Incidentally, if you stop the music, the book download stops, but when you restart the music the book download continues from where it left off.)
Am using Windows 7, media player 12.0

Well, I can confirm that it doesn't work on a Mac. Or rather, you get no sound. I can see the little doofleberry moving from left to right as it plays, but my Flip4Mac just can't make a noise.

So what was the music?

I downloaded it and it opened in mobipocket reader on the PC windows 7. I don't have K4PC. I clicked it to start the music and it played and I thought "That's enough" and quit the program but the music kept playing. . . . and kept playing. . . . and kept playing. So I turned my sound off. I side loaded it into Kindle on the iPad. It shows up in the Kindle book list on the ipad in iTunes but is not listed among the books in the app.

I had the same experience with the song continuing to play after quiting the kindle app.
I just figured it wasn't a bug but a feature.
