Library corrupted

My Sony ebook library is corrupted. the books cannot be found on my computer but when I uninstall the program from my computer and re-install, the same listing of books shows up in my library!

I'm sorry if this is not the right forum for this question, but I am at my wits end!

Any ideas?

The books would normally be found in your "{My Documents}\My Books\eBook Library" folder but they'll have names like "cbuscehch0003x09.lrx" so you may be overlooking them!
