There was a new book Learning curve,

But it works on XP.

I created a New Book
I create a new Xhtml file ( could be friendlier and supply the extension:xhtml or CSS,)
I imported an Image (and Trimmed it)
I used the Image Insert Tool to place it on the page
I added a Title (h1) for G & G

Validated

You can set the editor's font size in its Preferences dialog.

The Preview Panel actually uses the Default Font Size set in the preferences of the Ebook Viewer. Make that one larger, and the Preview front size will become larger as well.

As a former Sigil user, you may have noticed that things are not always in the same place or done quite the same way.

Let us make this thread just a cookbook of Calibre Editor Tips so that all users don't have to wade through a lot of discussion.

Pop a note to a Moderator, and they can move a specific post from any other (discussion) thread into this one.

You don't have to do this in calibre 1.16. There is now Edit - Prefs - Preview Settings for setting Preview fonts and font-sizes.

Whilst a good idea, in the short-term this thread may be like trying to hit a moving target.
