Bücher in einfachem Deutsch

Hallo,

ich möchte mein Deutsch verbessern und deshalb habe die Liste deutscher e-Books angeguckt und zwei davon heruntergeladen - Dickens Weihnachtslied und Kafkas Amerika. Sie sind aber beide ein bißchen zu schwer. Was empfehlt ihr aus der Liste für ein Leser, der kein Muttersprachler ist, aber ist ziemlich fortgeschritten (B2-C1)?

Vielleicht wären die Bücher von Hans Christian Andersen etwas für dich die findest Du hier -->

Oder je nachdem wie dein Geschmack ist könnten auch die Karl May Bücher evtl. etwas für dich sein.


Gut wäre wenn Du etwas darüber schreiben würdest was Du sonst gerne in deiner Muttersprache für Literatur liest. Also z.B. magst Du eher Kriminalgeschichten oder doch eher Science Fiction?

Das ist als Muttersprachler etwas schwierig zu beurteilen, finde ich gerade Meine persönlichen Empfehlungen wären ja Heinrich Böll und Siegfried Lenz, beide aber meines Wissens nicht als freies eBook verfügbar.

Als ganz grobe Regel könnte man sagen, je älter der Text, desto schwerer die Sprache. Um 1800 findet man andere Vokabeln, anderen Satzbau, andere Deklination. Mit E.T.A. Hoffmann oder Heinrich von Kleist hat selbst mancher Muttersprachler Probleme.
Um 1900 ist die Sprach der heutigen schon sehr ähnlich.
Wie wäre es mit einem Krimi von Edgar Wallace?

Ich würde da ja aktuelle "Pop-Literatur" empfehlen: gut, Harry Potter gibt es nicht als Ebook; aber Frank Schätzing "Der Schwarm", oder die "Biss..." Reihe haben sicher beide keine schwere Sprache.
Ich hab es früher so gemacht, das ich mir die Bücher die ich bereits auf deutsch gelesen habe einfach nochmal in englisch gekauft hab - und so versuch ich das jetzt auch wieder mit dänischen Büchern. Nur kriegt man die um einiges schwieriger.

Vielen Dank. Krimi mag ich nicht am liebsten, aber manchmal wohl. In meiner Muttersprache meine Lieblingsauthoren sind z. B. Hermann Hesse oder Jack London. Von Karl May habe ich ein Buch gelesen als ich ein bißchen jünger war :-) Das macht aber nichts.

Ich habe übrigens ein BitTorrent gefunden mit ausschließlich deutschen Bücher (700 MB), da gibt es Heinrich Böll auch. (Ich hoffe, dass ich solche Sache hier schreiben darf. Wenn das nicht der Fall ist, bitte schreibt es mir. Ich will kein Kick bekommen.)

Warte mal, Hesse ist aber muttersprachlich Deutsch...

Oh ja, das merke ich selbst gerade. Vor kurzem habe ich Alice im Wunderland gelesen und jetzt gerade lese ich Robinson Crusoe. Es ist richtig ungewohnt die alte Schreibweise zu sehen. Worte wie "Thier" statt "Tier" beispielsweise. Und scheinbar gab es damals keine großen Umlaute, also statt Ü wird immer Ue geschrieben.

Aber wenn ich mir überlege: damals wurden die meisten Bücher ja noch in Fraktur geschrieben. Das ganze in Fraktur wäre noch ein bißchen ungewohnter ...
