You will have to take the original cover and run it through a filter for that.
Since the size is small you can allways use mobipocket-reader to open the cover, screen-copy it and paste it into a photoeditor - quality should be more than enough. |

Yes, I know. What I'd really like is to press a button on the Cybook and have the cover picture change to indicate a finished book. I know that will not happen...
