xkcd recipe broken

Hi all,

I don't know wether I should rather file a bug report in calibre's bug-tracker.
I guess I'll do it here first.

When trying to retrieve the xkcd comic via the provided repice, I get the following error, both in the gui version and when running it from the command-line.

Maybe somebody has an idea how this can be fixed?

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 35: ordinal not in range(128)

I just tested it and it works for me. It could be related to a bug on the site that has scrolled past, or the fact that I'm using English, and you're not ?

Also, perhaps it's related to conversion to a particular format - I produce EPUB, what format are you producing?

Use the calibre binary installer instead of your distro's package.
