How to enter book title and subtitle when publishing at Smashwords

The Smashwords page for publishing a new book includes a single text entry field, named Title, for entering the title. How should this piece of metadata be entered in the Title field for books that have both a title and a subtitle, such as "My Great Masterpicece [title] - The Greatest Story Ever Told [subtitle]"? "Title, Subtitle"? "Title - Subtitle"? Something else?

I'd use Title- Subtitle, but that's just personal preference. Title: Subtitle can lead to "colon" cancer.

Thanks for the feedback. What is colon cancer in the context of digital typesetting?

Its a trope for when you have way too many colons in the title. For example, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective vs. Godzilla II: Godzilla vs Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

Or something like that.

I asked Smashwords, and they suggest "Title - Subtitle".
