Disk I/O Error

Can someone help me? I'm constantly getting the message

My current reader is a Sony PRS-t1, and it was working with calibre yesterday.

If you are using Windows, try plugging in the T1 (without Calibre running) and try to run a Check Disk on it and see what you get.
