In an attempt to become more user-friendly, the folks at HandStory have released their first e-newsletter. The first issue was only remarkable in that it served notice that they were intent on creating more support for users. The first issue basically extoled the benefits of HandStory. Sign up on their home page to recieve their free newsletter.

The other feature, which may be more promising, is a new web-based offering called "Staff Voice," in which HS staffers will offer some tips and tutorials. The first issue can be found here. Look for this feature to perhaps offer some insight into their scripting language in furuter issues (hope, hope...).
