Australia misses out on Kindle iPhone App
In an absolutely unsurprising move, the Kindle iPhone app will not be made available to Australian iPhone users as reported here. http://www.smh.com.au/news/technolog...842478279.html - thanks Amazon!

People from other countries are posting that they have it (even if only released for the U.S.), so what is the problem with Australians downloading it as well?

You need a US iTunes account to download it which requires a US credit card or a validated PayPal account tied to a US address.

And I don't blame Amazon - I blame the copyright laws which greatly raise the costs of them entering international markets.
