transfering an eBook to my Kindle 3

I am having problems transferrgin my e-book to my Kindle 3. when I attempted to e-mail the book to my Kindle via the Connect/Share function, I received an error message that the e-mail failed. The Clipboard states as follows:

Does anyone have any simple suggestions so that I can wirelessly get my ebook to my Kindle 3?
