GH is only pronounced F in the middle or end of a word. Never at the beginning.
O is only pronounced I in the word women. Nowhere else.

Sorry, I was tired and in a bad mood and ghoti has been something that has annoyed me on and off for years. Especially when people keep telling me, no, it really is that way.

The word is 'OK'.

Also, the four words we still form the plural by adding 'en' instead of 's' are 'Ox', 'Man', 'Woman' and 'Child'. There may be more but those are the ones I know.
