Roll back firmware

Hi there guys, ever since my Kindle Keyboard updated itself to 3.4 this week it's constantly crashed and rebooted. I've tried restarting and then restoring to factory settings but it still won't work and often crashes as soon as it starts up.

I started a thread here:

https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=217473

and it was suggested I post in here and ask if anyone can help me roll back the firmware.

Thanks

Gavaltron

Since you have never made any changes to the Kindle and the problem appears to be related to the OTA update - - -
You really should give Amazon Customer Service a chance to deal with **their** problem.

Installing an earlier firmware image is not a project for someone just starting out in Kindle Kustomization.
The information on that procedure is in Geekmaster's "Debricking" threads.

Yes, this was my advice in the other thread.

That might well solve the problem, but it does not answer the question, since Kubrick will also install 3.4, not an earlier version.
