When you plugged the reader into your PC, did you turn the reader ON first?
Did the light on the top glow red or yellow?
Did screen show anything when you plugged it in?
(like two arrows going in a circle?)(or say USB connected?)

Thanks Bob for your fast reply,
Finally everything came back to normal. I think the battery wasn't completely charge when I took it off the charge. After a while when I left it there I opened it again I was able to see the battery was empty so I put it again on my PC to be charge and this time it work.

AbFabGab,

Thank for your fast reply. It was on when I put it on my PC, I don't remember if the light was on, and there was a connection icon on the screen. If you read the message I sent to Bob, you know everything is back to normal. The second time I didn't open it and the light was red and when I took it off there was no light and now it's working. I'm really glad because I was thinking to return it but now I'm going to enjoy it. Thanks again.

Thanks everyone for your support, I didn't try to download anything yet, I'm kind of frighten it won't work, I know I have to try it to know! I will try to download a book today.
